At the same time with this new site, I opened a blog where I hope I can tell more about the major events keeping faraway friends up to date with my life and the latest news.

The new Center in Maddalena
It's my latest top energy-consuming project and it's drawing all my attention.
The new Center opening on the Maddalena Isle, will have a space for Aikido and one for Shiatsu and other activities such as Yoga and Tai Chi.
